Premier Hospitality Management, LLC was founded with a clear goal: give hotel owners a management partner who treats every property like it’s their own. Based in Corona, California, Premier has grown into a multi-state hotel management company overseeing a growing portfolio of boutique and branded properties.

We believe great hospitality starts with great operators — not just systems and spreadsheets. That’s why our team stays close to the ground at every property, working alongside on-site staff to keep service standards high and performance strong.

From a single property to a growing multi-state portfolio — here is the Premier story.

1996

Founded in California

Tushar Patel establishes Premier Hospitality Management in Corona, California with a mission to bring owner-operated care to every managed property.

2008

First Branded Property

Acquired the Best Western Plus in Wendover, Utah — our first branded flag under management. Set the standard for our brand-compliance playbook.

2012 – 2014

Multi-State Expansion

Added properties in Salt Lake City and Nebraska. Expanded partnerships to include Hilton, IHG, and Marriott branded flags across 4 states.

2016 – 2018

Revenue & Systems Maturity

Built an in-house revenue management team. Implemented centralized accounting and owner-reporting dashboards. Added Holiday Inn Express and Sheraton brands.

2021 – 2022

Team & Portfolio Growth

Reached 10 managed properties. Brought on regional operations leadership. Expanded into Iowa and San Bernardino markets. Grew managed room count past 1,100.

2024 – 2026

Growing the Portfolio

Continued expanding the managed portfolio across multiple states. Added Hampton Inn Corona and Sleep Inn West Des Moines. SpringHill Suites Farmington under construction — with more coming.

Future

20+ Properties by 2028

Targeting 5 new acquisitions across the Southeast and Mountain West. Expanding into resort and extended-stay categories with existing brand partners.
